One of Nigeria’s leading payment system companies, Paystack has redesigned its dashboard forcthecgirst rime in 10 years.
BrandImpact gathered that all verified businesses can now try the new experience at dashboard.paystack.com/v2.
Paystack stated that current Dashboard is still available and will continue to work as it does today, advising the clients to explore the new version by switching over when ready.
Here’s what’s new:
A cleaner, faster experience
Your transactions, refunds, disputes, payouts, analytics, and customer data are still where you need them. The new Dashboard has a cleaner layout, simpler navigation, and makes key actions easier to find.
A full Dashboard experience on mobile
You can now use the Dashboard properly on your phone, with the same features and functionality, designed to work better on a smaller screen.
The Command Center
The new Dashboard includes an AI-powered Command Center built right into the experience. You can type or speak questions about your business data and get useful answers in the form of summaries, tables, charts, and analysis.
Accessibility improvements
Paystack has improved the dashboard to work better for more people, with cleaner navigation, better screen reader support, and a more accessible design overall.
This first release focuses on core payments. A few features you may use regularly including Commerce, Transfers, Subaccounts, and Subscriptions that are not yet available in the new dashboard. They’ll be added in the coming months as the organisation continues to move more of Paystack into this new experience. In the meantime, your current Dashboard remains fully available for everything you rely on today, so nothing changes in how you use those features.
The organisation enjoins customers to try the new Dashboard here if your business is verified: dashboard.paystack.com/paystack added that customers can also watch the announcement video here to learn.
