Ini Archibong, Strategy Director of Chastest Consult and one of Africa’s most respected voices in media management, public affairs, and strategic communications, has formally declared his support for the Arise with Renewed Hope Initiative championed by His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, Governor of Akwa Ibom State, and co-adopted by Senate President, Dr. Godswill Akpabio.

Archibong made the declaration at a media parley in Abuja, where he outlined his vision for contributing to the state’s development through strategic investment attraction, project management excellence, and high-level stakeholder engagement.
“His Excellency’s leadership and vision for Akwa Ibom State is truly inspiring,” Archibong said. “I pledge my full support for the Arise with Renewed Hope mantra and look forward to playing an active role in translating that vision into measurable progress for our people.”
A native of Itiam-Etoi in Uyo Local Government Area, Archibong brings nearly two decades of cross-sector experience to bear on Nigeria’s development conversation. As the head of the Chastest Consult team — an organisation with an active footprint across Africa, the United Kingdom, and North America — he has built a distinguished career advising governments, institutions, and private sector leaders on strategy, communications, and public affairs. His influence has shaped outcomes across several critical sectors of the Nigerian economy, earning him recognition as a trusted and incisive professional in his field.

His endorsement of the Governor’s initiative is grounded in a clear and practical agenda. Archibong has identified Akwa Ibom’s potential to become Nigeria’s most innovative state, driven by a new generation of project management professionals and structured investment in key economic sectors. He is actively pursuing frameworks to attract both local and international investors to the state, with the aim of creating sustainable economic growth and employment.
“We want Akwa Ibom to be a benchmark — not just in the South-South, but across the entire country — for what disciplined governance, innovation, and the right partnerships can achieve,” Archibong stated.
He also commended Prince Enobong Uwah, Secretary to the State Government, for his exemplary leadership in organising the state congress, describing him as “a gentleman of international repute and the right fit for the enormous task of supporting this administration.”

Under Governor Eno’s stewardship, Akwa Ibom State has recorded notable progress across infrastructure development, social welfare programmes, and educational reform — advancements that Archibong says affirm the Governor’s capacity to deliver on his broader promises to the people of the state.
With Archibong lending his strategic acumen, networks, and institutional relationships to the Arise with Renewed Hope Initiative, the administration is well-positioned to accelerate its development agenda and deepen investor confidence in Akwa Ibom State.
