There are some stories that sound almost unbelievable until you realise they actually happened. Such is the experience shared by Nollywood actress Victoria Ajibola, popularly known as Omo Local.

In a recent interview, the actress opened up about why her first marriage collapsed, revealing that her husband’s infidelity played a major role.

According to her, the situation became even more devastating when she discovered that her best friend was pregnant for her husband at the same time she was also expecting his child.

She recalled: “I was five months pregnant, and my best friend was also three months pregnant for my husband. The trauma was so overwhelming that I even took poison because of the shame.”

The actress added that she no longer knows the current whereabouts of her former friend.

“Anyway, I don’t know about her whereabouts anymore. Maybe she’s still together with my ex-husband, I don’t know. But they went on to have about three children together after I left him,” she said.
